If the answer to my last question is yes, could you please direct me as to how you'd like me to read foreign proper nouns? I really don't like the idea of intentionally pronouncing every single name incorrectly for the sake of sounding English :p I'm happy to read French things like a French person and Italian things (sort of) like an Italian person. For some examples:

- "Henry IV": Read as "Henry the Fourth" or "Henri-Quatre"?
- "Paris": Read in the English or French style? (Some of the other place names, I would suggest, should definitely be read as if they were being read by a French person.)
- "Mary de Medici": "Mary" is written in the English style (or possibly old French or Italian? I know that "roi" used to be written "roy" in French...), the "de" is French but nearly Italian, and the "Medici" is Italian. So am I to pronounce this as schizophrenically as it is written?

Do please let me know if you have any thoughts.
