To be fair, should this ever occur in real life, I would do neither.
But for the purposes of the hypothetical, I'll take the fly.

Would you rather be trapped in a fantasy movie or a sci-fi movie?

Fantasy movie, definitely.

Would you rather have all your dreams come true but have a 10% chance of instant death or be completely average with nothing special about you?

Would you rather have your phone break down or

I'd rather have my phone break down.

Would you rather always know when someone is lying or always get away with lying?

That's hard, I really wonder if I want to know when someone is lying to me.
I think I'll go with always knowing when someone is lying.

I'd rather have nobody show up for my funeral. After all, I won't know whether they're there or not! :D

Would you rather live next door to someone who blares their party music all night or live next door to someone who comes over and asks to borrow your things ever day?
Between being a full-time college student and working 20+ hours per week, I'm not able to be involved at LV these days, but I remain a loyal fan and look forward to a triumphant return sometime in the (probably distant) future.

I would much rather prefer the blaring party music. (I live next door to neighbors like that, as it is!)

Would you rather meet the Doctor or Sherlock Holmes (any rendition or regeneration of either; I know... I'm a geek.)?

The Doctor, the tenth Doctor, David Tennant is the best.

Would you rather play a game on a pc or a game console? (xbox, ps3, etc)

(Agreed with David Tennant!)

I would definetly take the game console.

Would you rather fly in an airplane, that you knew was doomed to crash, or swim alone at night in an ocean, well known for their Great Whites?

Both would be just terrible. I think I'd choose the airplane.

Would you rather always be overdressed or always be underdressed?

Overdressed, that's basically what James Bond is.

Would you rather be in the DC universe or the Marvel universe?
(I have an adverseness to the 'icky' part of this game, I prefer to make it, attractive option #1 or attractive option #2)

I'd choose DC.

Supposing that you won a chance to have dinner with your favorite celebrity, would you rather embarrass yourself horribly in conversation with that person or get the flu the day before your dinner and not get to go?

Would you rather save James T Kirk's life or Luke Skywalker's life?
(Feel free to replace kirk with another ST captain if you want to.)
