Yes you can, LaLune ! Welcome to this project and a big welcome to LibriVox. The directions are mostly in the first post of this project but please ask questions if anything is unclear. We are a helpful bunch here.

How do you wish to be known in the catalog? LaLune is your forum name but you can use whatever you wish in the catalog; a lot of us use our real names so people canfind us.

As soon as it is put into the MW, it's fine.

chaya: when a reader uploads a corrected file with the same name as before, the corrected file replaces any earlier one so the link in the MW is the one to use since it stays the same. (gee that sounds confusing).
Anyway, I will mark it ready for spot check now. :D

Do you think I could trade "The Changeling" for "The Sea Voyage?
For my first assignment, I would like something a little shorter!

A very good idea! and it is no problem.
EDIT: and if you want something even shorter, may I point you to The Adventures of the Teenee Weenies viewtopic.php?f=2&t=48598 ? Not as classic as Lamb but still fun to read. Each chaper is about 600 words.
