All audio files can now be found on our catalog page: http://librivox.org/pride-and-prejudice-by-jane-austen-solo-project/

I know that this is already a group project but I didn't discover the wonders of LibriVox until after I'd begun this podcast. I was told that having two versions of one book is no problem so here goes!

I need to go back and edit the chapters I've done so that they have the librivox blurb and the correct file names and tags and then I'll put them up here as each chapter is done.

I was thinking for my file names, I'll just add an _ac at the end (as with weekly poetry) to differentiate my PaP from the group PaP.

My goal completion date is January 15th.

Let me know if there's anything I forgot anything! Chapters coming soon...

That's a fine idea -- wish I'd thought of doing that for my solo projects, just in case of future collaborative recordings of the same books. I'm really looking forward to your P&P -- you can never have too much Jane! Good luck and happy reading!

I'll add chapters here as I finish them ...

Chapters 1-4

Chapters 5-6

Chapters 7-8

Chapters 9-10

Chapters 11-13

Chapters 14-15

Chapters 16-17

Chapter 18

Chapters 19-20

**I just realized that it's not necessary for me to post these here so I'll stop putting new ones up but I'll go ahead and leave these for now if anyone wants a sneak peak.

Hi Jessie, good to see someone else from The Loo! I'm glad you like my recordings, it takes a while to get used to hearing your own voice, it sounds different than in your head!

Just a quick update. I'm getting close to being finished. Just ten chapters left and I've been doing two at a time with many so hopefully within a week. Not too far from my goal date! If anyone wants to hear what I've done so far, the links are on my website here: http://www.anniecoleman.com/podcast

Done! Cataloging isn't quite complete yet but at least recording and editing is. Wow, this was fun but it'll be nice to read some Mark Twain Missouri backwoods style writing for a change. :D

LOL, Christmas break! I was able to do two or three chapters a day, almost every day. Huck Finn is definitely going to be one chapter a day, and such nice short chapters they are! Ugh... school sucks, I'd much rather just sit around and read. :D

I just looked at the validator and it says:

Total file size: 772.9MB
Total running time: 13:24.46

 Holy crud, that is a lot of time!

Chapter 56 is delicious! Your vocalization of Lady Catherine de Bourgh is delightfully "witchity".

Thank you Annie!
