Would an English translation of Eurovision Song Contest entries count?
Gentlemen, here I am
Probably not, unless the copyright holders either relinquished their copyrights, or didn't renew them at a time when they were up for renewal. In this case, the copyright holders would be the translators of the work, not the original creators.

Additionally, copyright laws in the United States differ depending on whether the work is published or unpublished. Copyright laws for unpublished works are much more complex than for published works... For LibriVox's purposes, we've narrowed our focus to only published works (though we've been flexible on translations of previously published works if they are clearly documented as being placed in the public domain).
