I've listened to section 20 and checked volume, bit rate, project rate, and mono/stereo (in addition to the usual things, of course). This is my first time checking a test, so I may have missed something.
The volume was 68.3, so it needs to be amplified by 20.7 dB, and it also needs a bit of noise cleaning - I think the mic was picking up the computer's fan. There's a video on how to do that here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2603zZhUUk. Otherwise, everything was great!

Thanks for the listen, Libby!
Jeff - with volume that low and the possibility of background noise, it's best to increase your input volume instead of just amplifying.
You should aim for your wave forms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:
Make sure the microphone slider in the Audacity window is all the way up. Also, have you increased your input volume in Windows yet? Here's a link to instructions: http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Audacity_1-2-3#Volume
It would probably be best to do a test recording (LINK) rather than hit-and-miss try to fix the poem. First get a test approved, then re-record the poem.

It's not PD for me in Canada, so hopefully someone else will come along and check it.
