There aren't really very good ways of finding the copyright status of poems or other short works. I had hoped that it being on poemhunter.com meant it was PD. But I also did a search, and I found it translated into English in 1985, which would definitely still be under copyright. :(

So I think you're right in your doubt, unfortunately.

Thank you! I stuck it up in section 6 after removing mudlark's non-PD poem.

PL OK.

I found the poem on poemhunter.com; I might use that as the source instead since I know it'll stick around for a while. ;)

0:04 - did the full LV intro rather than the poetry one. It's OK unless you want to change it. Let me know either way.
I'm fine with it, thanks. :)

Selection two. An annonymous person wrote this out and stuck it inside my door at an apartment I lived in in the 70's. It was in a female's handwriting, but the female who wrote it did not place their name on it. She said it had to have been written for me. I don't know about that, but I'm happy I could record it.

Thanks, Bill! A couple things:

0:04 - need to say "recorded for Librivox.org by [name]". If you don't want your name for some reason, you can just say "recorded by Librivox.org."

1:07 - right at "End of poem" there's a weird wave form. I don't hear anything, but I'm guessing I would if I could hear bass notes. These speakers on my laptop aren't very good. ;)

- Volume is too low; needs to come up 5 dB
- Could use noise cleaning

I'm sorry I see this is full now, I suppose I can just submit it to the next edition?

Yep - don't worry about the file name. I'll change it. Just repost all the info in the other thread.

It's partly my fault - I didn't mark it as closed. :)

Thanks, Bill! No time to listen to it now, so it'll be in about 12 hours.
