Hi! I just recorded a line for a dramatic work and the size is 227 kb and the request was that it be 128. How do I make the file smaller?

Thanks! :D

227kb sounds fine for one line to me, Frances! 128kbps is the overall quality rate that the MP3 needs to be at. It's short for kilobytes per second. The files themselves can be any size that's needed. :)
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!
