sec 01 standard PL Ok

small technical noises ~14:46, ~23:17, do not prevent understanding

~33:01 "contre-loi", ~34:29 "Revue des Economistes" seem to me not pronounced correctly

volume enough for me; may need some amplifying (function in Audacity) to comply with LV standard

thanks for the good recording.

Is there a reason this has been mothballed, rather than advertising for a new BC? Copyright looks okay and there aren't pending claims blocking the way ...
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

In case Carl came back and wanted to resume, it'd still be here for him. It was only 2.5 months since he had responded, so it was possible he was coming back soon.

It could probably be posted as needing a new BC now.

Kirk has the privilege of the final agreement, but I don't see why not. ;) You could probably start PL'ing already. I see only one PL OK; and a couple files have no notations at all. One could either go through the thread to see if they were PL'd, or just (re)do them.

Rapunzelina,
Can I be the DPL once it's starts up again?
YEAH! I'd love to have you be DPL! :D

You're welcome to start PLing whenever you want. The links to the text aren't working but I'm setting it up in Google Docs, have Sections 02 - 08 so far. Happy to get you the text links before we have access to the MW if you'd like.

Thanks,
Kirk

Tricia,

Is it okay to leave the footnotes so they link with the text on Gutenberg?

I don't understand the question. It's the BC's decision whether the footnotes are read.

Or are you questioning whether to link to Gutenberg from your Google Doc? In that case, why not just use the Gutenberg text? It looks like the direct links in the MW don't work because the links have changed. (Example: gutenberg.org/files/360/360-h/360-h.htm#2H_4_0001 has changed to gutenberg.org/files/360/360-h/360-h.htm#link2H_4_0001)
