Wow, it looks like there's just one reader to go. Unbelievable!

oh, and then a huge chunk of cataloguing. If you need any help there, give me a shout.

"earthcalling" wrote a couple posts ago about having to do cataloging...
What does the cataloging task consist of?
Is it something the project can use help with?

Nicky,

That's a kind thought, thank you, but cataloguing can only be done by a few members of the Admin team. Special powers and training are required. I offered to help because projects with a large number of files, and different readers, are very complex to do. But, as I say, only 'we' can do it.

Thank you both for offering to help ... right now Anna is helping me proof-listen and then we'll have some minor editing to do (volume boosts, add missing disclaimer bits, etc.) ... I'll post a fresh thread for the editing as soon as we have the proof-listening complete =)

Thistle and Earthcalling-

Thank you both - I guess I'm just eager to see the completed publication :)

So David... you say special powers are required?
You mean to say my super powers won't do?

Haha! Super though your powers no doubt are, we're talking 'special' here!

Anyone interested in helping edit some files for this project (by edit, I mean increase the volume or try noise filtering on files) here is the thread:

*whew* .... with much help from David (earthcalling) we now have a preliminary catalog page:
http://librivox.org/spoon-river-anthology-by-edgar-lee-masters/

and a database generated page:
http://librivox.org/sandpit/librivox_catalog/public_readers.php?ProjectID=333

Please review both of these pages for errors... I'll update the list of readers for the Epilogue later today =)
