Good story. These all seem to have some sort of moral lesson, don't you think?

Well! I hadn't checked this project page in several days, so imagine my surprise when I saw that somehow my Section 13 got uploaded!! (I didn't recall doing it in my sleep!) But I read the explanation on this forum.
Yeah, I hope this isn't a no-no, but I had uploaded it to get the URL address so I could send it to someone here at LibriVox who was helping me figure some tech. difficulties I was having. I hadn't been ready to send it in yet, but I think I'm ready to now,
so let's see if this is amplified any better:

Thank you! Yes, that's what children's magazines wanted at the time. (Looking at Highlights, some things don't change in a hundred-odd years.)jedopi wrote:Story #15 - Millicent's Double

PL Note Story #15:
Everything is great except @:35 seconds to :42, you read the caption under the illustration.
Easy enough mistake to make since it was at the very beginning, and kind of made sense with the story!

Sorry for the confusion! It was just a fluke that I happened across it!
The volume is OK now, but there are only 2 seconds of silence at the end and we need 5. If you could just copy and paste some silence there and re-upload that would be great!
Very nicely read!
Wow! I'm really sorry about that. I copied and pasted the text onto a Word doc to read off of because the link to the text doesn't work for me in the MW. It didn't copy the picture, just the words so I didn't even realize it. Should I cut that out of the recording and upload again?m8b1 wrote:PL Note Story #15:

Don't feel bad, Jedopi! It's an easy enough mistake to make. I wouldn't have caught it myself, but that there was a small repeat and I checked the text to make sure it wasn't written that way.
Yes, if you could chop it out and re-upload it, that would be great!
