Thanks, rschmfem! You don't have to change your links, but just for future reference, they should look like this: http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/ek/katepercival_laura_v1c1.mp3, with "Laura" substituted for the word "role" because that's the part you're reading. Just less confusing for everyone. :D

Liliana, sounds good! I will put you down for Olivia.

Hi Arielle,

I would like the role of Ralph if you think it would be ok.

Also, did you see that Kaffen asked to do Horace?

Looks like this is well on its way, so I will move us to Dramatic Works. Arielle, are you planning on PLing this yourself, or do you need a DPL?

Here is Amy Volume 1 Ch 5 (Since Peter was working on ch5, I thought it wouldn't take much to get that section done.)

Oh such fun!

Thanks, Esther! :D

Elizabeth, I am fine with PLing things myself, but if an interested DPL should come along, I wouldn't say no.

Here's Clarence's Chapter 5. I've not done the sign on and off, in case you want Kate to do it, for consistency. I'm happy to do it if you would prefer it.

Can I do "Herbert Clarence read by Peter Yearsley" in my next chapter? I only noticed that I should have done it when I'd already done my noise cleaning and stuff for this chapter.

(34.22)

By the way, wildemoose, you might want to mention to readers new to dramatic readings that they should leave a few seconds gap between speeches, to make it easier for the editor ... are you taking the editing and merging on, too?

I think this is going to be a really popular download once word gets around!

Thanks, Peter! Yes, I'll probably do the sign on and off for consistency, and sure, you can do your voice credit in the next chapter.

I'm pretty good at splicing if there's not very much space left between lines, but yes, if everyone can leave a second or two between each line, that makes it easier for me when I go to edit everything together.

I agree that this is likely to be a popular recording! I never thought, when I started with Librivox, that I'd be coordinating a bunch of mild-mannered, bookish people in an erotic drama, but such is life.

Harriet is coming... in 2:28...

Oh.. there was this part "while she is thus engaged, Mr.— shall embrace her"
Obviously Mr. Clarence was meant, so I inserted 'Clarence' here. I can rerecord with 'blank' if you prefer?

Ya that is too funny éh. I never thought I would be reading this with a bunch of other 'geeks' lmao. (But then Peter's voice always made my knees melt)

I have mine all recorded now too but have to edit out the "what the?" and "OMG's" and giggles.
