A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, by Mark Twain

I expect that I will have this done before December 31st, 2005.

This is an all-time favorite of mine, and I am rather excited to help make it available in an audio format.

That is where you will find the goods. Though it will be a few hours yet, as I am just now uploading it. It is over 700 MB, and I seem to be getting between 30-40k a sec. Of course it will probably be finished before anyone notices I posted this here ? but ? whatever.

I of course appreciate the praise.

But there are a few problems with the recordings ? as there are with all of our recordings, which I will not bring to anyone?s attention. Chances are most people won?t notice them ? like most folks, I am my own worst critic. But if anyone does notice my few issues, I will be happy to apologize, and refund the money they paid me.

What a delightful tale! Twain's prose and Steve's vocalization of it are forever woven into my soul. A thousand thanks, good Sir Anderson, and ... er... all that medieval gibberish.

And I finally have an answer to the age old question: How many knights can stand up to a cowboy...

Answer: Cock thine ear fair listener to yonder digitized oration or shall thine wits remain in the dungeons for ignorence.

Now that is high praise if I have ever heard it.

I am glad you are enjoying the Yankee.
