Hi Will! Welcome to Librivox!

You'll likely find some useful information over in our wiki:

http://www.librivox.org/wiki/moin.cgi

especially down in the Newbie Guide to Recording if you've not done this sort of thing before.

It'd be great if you'd post a short sample of your recording so we can make sure there aren't any weird technical issues with it (volume too soft, explosive plosives, etc). Doesn't have to be long - just a couple of minutes or so. You could (for example) record this week's Weekly Poetry, or the special anniversary poem, both of which are only a few minutes long (and don't give you too much grief as a thing to test your recording setup with).

Thanks, and looking forward to hearing your voice!

Want me to keep track of reader/chapter requests while you're gone?
