I didn't hear an airplane and even if I did I love that kinda stuff that reminds us that we have real people recording in real homes with real background noise! But your recording is great, Christie, no need to redo.

** Last chance to record the special anniversary poem! The anniversary is this week so I will accept recordings through Tuesday 8/8/06 to give me a day to catalog and get the collection ready to go. If you haven't submitted a recording yet, please take the time to do so, it'll only take a few minutes! Thanks. **

Version 21 seems to have the reader missing (intensional?), and there is no space between it and the Version 22 (the Version 22 text is a part of the Version 21 ogg file link)

Argh. I spotted a broken anchor tag and went in, oh so helpfully, to fix it. Now ALL the poems are crammed together vertically. I guess when I saved, wordpress ate the <p> tags. SIGH. I can't fix it right now but I will try later if you like.

Sorry Annie :( :( :(

edit: I just tried Anita's <p>&nbsp;</p> trick on Coy Mistress. It adds too much space, but at least the poems aren't smushed together. http://librivox.org/to-his-coy-mistress-by-andrew-marvell/

edit again-- nevermind, it disappeared on a re-save. sigh

edit again -- Betsie says a single <p> tag before every <li> will work, but the page will forget the new <p> tags if you re-save and they have to be added again. This worked on coy mistress. I'll add them to art & heart after I cook breakfast :)

one last edit: I added 38 <p> tags and now it looks nice again :) I saved the code in a text file, so if you have to edit it for some reason let me know and I'll send it to you so you don't have to add 38 <p> tags all over again :)
