greetings from Pittsburgh
Hi everyone. I recently found out about this site from a friend and I'm looking forward to contributing something. I was bit by the podcasting bug, but I know I couldn't generate material on a regular basis. So what better way to satisfy the desire to get my voice "out there" than by helping others and reading chapters.

Welome to librivox :)
If you take a look over in "Readers Wanted" you're sure to find something that appeals to you -- claim a chapter and jump right in!
Our Short Poetry Project is a great place to start if you want to read something short to test out your recording setup. I'd love to have another poem submitted before the 31st -- we've got 25 already!
Have fun and feel free to ask any questions you might have :)

Welcome Welcome!
Let us know if you need help with recording setup. Between all the volunteers here we've probably experienced some of the weirdest problems
