I did not know about the plane, that is cool. Yep, I was thinking about the train. The numbers designate the number of the types of wheels.

A model of a might have been: a 15" gauge Garratt 2-6-2+2-6-2 for the proposed Sandgate branch of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway. (I am very proud of our little railway.)
