Wooow, this poem is really taking off - and I'm enjoying listening to every version (Neat job, Sam et al).
Didn't know my accent was in high demand... But then again I have to suffer it all the time.

Back in the saddle again, with this poem!

Though just to be pedantic, I gave it its proper name of "A Visit From St. Nicholas"... :)

Yo, ho, ho ... or has that got some sort of bottle of rum association?

On its way to you, kara.

file received, peter, thank you :)

"YO HO HO" is pirates, "HO HO HO" is Santa Claus -- funny what a difference one letter can make.

Does Father Christmas say HO HO HO, too? :)

I rather liked Death in Terry Pratchett's "Hogfather": HO. HO. HO.

... and the raven in Hogfather is one of my favorite incidental characters: when it was complaining about the way robins get bread crumbs and stuff put out for them: "... do I see offal, do I see eye balls? I think not!"

Brad and Grace, thank you so much! That's just about the most adorable thing I've ever heard. What a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve together :)

Merry Christmas!

All done:

We're podcasting the Grace and Brad version, of course :)

Thanks, everyone. We're going to take a break this week and start a new poem on Jan 1 -- PM me if you'd like to choose a poem (ideally something not TOO difficult, to attract new readers) and be in charge.

Thanks for picking our version. It made Grace's Christmas... she played it for everyone in the family.

We put a link back and some good press and podcasted it out today at:
