As I mention my name at the beginning of each chapter, it will not hurt: Rainer. You don't have to list a website, I've just got an official one which is not very interesting (and not updated for half a year).

BTW: there are four sections, not three: Three files with the chapters and one with the prefaces (which I gave the number 0)

Rainer, thank you. Yes, I got all four files (was sleepy this morning when I posted :), and got them all uploaded to archive.org, and will now work on the catalog page!
