I only looked at the first and last page, but I don't see mention of a DPL anywhere. I would like to volunteer for the job

You are more than welcome but as this is the slowest project in the history of librivox, it may be a while.

Is this one full? I'm a singer as well. Thanks!

I was looking for another project to volunteer for since I finished all my chapters for Once On A Time (yay! It will be out in the catalogue soon! The first book I've participated in! Can you tell I'm excited?) and I thought that this looked like a really fun one to participate in.
So, if I understand correctly, all the main parts are taken care of, you just need various voices reading the lines here: http://librivox.org/wiki/moin.cgi/PopGeneral
Is that right?
Also, if you need more singing voices, I can sing. (Well, I was in high school choir and I can carry a tune.)

Hi Tom and Rosalee!
We can always use more voices, both in the "read by all" lines that you found, Rosalee, and more chorus singers, particularly in the second act (though we can use gentlemen everywhere... what chorus can't?). I haven't made MP3s of the MIDIs for a lot of the second act, but it's actually not hard to convert them in iTunes.
Anyway. Take a look at the instructions in the first post for singing along with the files, and have fun!

You learn something new every day! I had known about itunes' "convert to mp3" capability, but I had never realized that you could use it with midi files. Cool!ceastman wrote:Hi Tom and Rosalee!

If you're interested in singing any chorus parts we can always use more voices on those!
