With the completion of Importance of Being Earnest and Richard II imminent - and the new projects of 1 Henry IV and Pirates of Penzance... should there be a new section for Dramatic Works?
The main reasoning that I see is that plays and musicals are fundamentally different from novels/poetry and have different requirements for their successful recording.
In addition, a new section would enable project coordinators and "directors" to have a Casting Pool where readers could post links to sample dialogue so that we could better cast the shows with appropriate voices.
I fully understand Librivox's main mission of "Real People with Real Voices" - and I don't believe that my proposal is running counter to that mission.
I'd also be willing to help moderate that forum.

Dramatic Works section
That makes sense, as the requirements are more challenging for both readers and coordinators. I'm hesitant to sign up for any plays myself as it seems to be a larger commitment than reading a chapter.

I like this idea. I'll make a new sub-forum!
