[FIXED] Democracy in America I Chapter 15.2

There are 4 instances of the reader repeating a section of text, usually accompanied by some other audio error. They occur at approximately minutes 15 and 24. The reader is also missing the closing tag and final silence, but I wouldn't have reported that on its own.

This has now been fixed, and the files re-derived. The "end of chapter" can't really be fixed. I have added 5 seconds silence, but the other files of this book may well also not have these additions, as it was a 2007 release, which may have been prior to the end of chapter/extra silence becoming a standard requirement.
