Stephan -- I know this is just demo, but I want to place my vote for keeping that "sideways" trick -- "his boater straw set sideways..." -- I nearly slipped off my chair. I like that! Of course ... it does make it hard to pay attention to the next bit while wonderment is so strong...

I was halfway through listening when The Good Reverend Doctor quizzed me about the editing, so he listened, and we were ... yow! Dr: "d*mn... that was pretty kick*ss!" We got all asterisky over it!

Damn just typed a whole long whinging message and hit the wrong keyboad shortcut and it's all gone... anyway. I'm back in the internet cafe, having had to spent most of the last 36 hours at home waiting for people who never showed up, or running around for things... Brian and I are taking turns and so I have a little time now.

The good news is that we got our ADLS connection at home this morning. Of course it doesn't work and now we're waiting for the technician, who won't be able to figure it out, either... grrrrrr... (I seem to have 'grrrrr' in my messages a lot at the moment)

Whilst I'm writing this, the file TheEndStage1edit.wav is uploading to the Ulysses folder. Sorry it's so late. I'm also uploading The End ? Draft edit stage 1 by Gesine.doc which contains the changes etc to be made to the draft edit.

When I've uploaded, I will try and download Stephan's file... this is so exciting! And we have all the recordings! Woohoo!

Well, the Blessed and the Damned are both done actually, one being the reverse of the other, and we can run it through effects, etc... I'll have to fish the file out of our ... 15c archives

Ah, stupid me forgot ceastman and peastman are ON VACATION starting today (Hi Catharine, as you read this in some Internet cafe or such!)

Yup. On my parents' computer, which has a lovely super-speedy Internet connection (and even has Audacity on it, 'cos my dad has lots of old 8-track tapes he wants to burn to CD), but no microphone. So, no, I cannot read A Whore, and I forgot to read The Whores, 'cos I forgot that Zoe's part of that group. Anita was talking to me about being flirtatious yet innocent, see... And it looks like you've got all the recording files you need, anyway.

Again I say: wow. Everyone's really been working hard and amazingly to put this together. I can hardly wait to hear...

(I'd like to listen to individual bits too, but at the moment have no time.)

The End stage 1 edit is uploaded and in the Ulysses folder. I also just moved UlyssesChase1Draft (or some such thing) to the Ulysses folder.
