Catherine-- Wonderful, I'm glad you chose this project. You're all set for chapters 21-22 on my end. Please read through my "usual advice below" and let me know if you have any questions. I would like Chapters 21-22 please!
Thanks,
Catherine

The usual advice:
- Be sure to leave a couple of seconds of silence at the end of the recording
- Make sure to add your name and URL to this page if you haven't: http://librivox.org/wiki/moin.cgi/ListOfReadersCatalogNames -- if you're not sure how to do this, ask and I'll gladly help

Oh hell, it's been so long since I've read the book that I forgot how much French there was. I'm going to have to take back my offer to read chapter 13 and 14, sorry about that, but believe me, your listeners would be fast-forwarding in droves if they had to suffer through my atrocious accent. :^)

Here's chapter 16! I'll probably volunteer for more in future, but I need to record some of my backlog first.

It is Villette, with the Ls pronounced.

I've been pronouncing it "VEE-yet" as per the conversation we had earlier in this thread, but either way is fine by me.Kymmz wrote:It is Villette, with the Ls pronounced.

That's too bad; however, I do completely understand. I've opened chapters 13 & 14 back up. Thanks for letting me know!
