I PLed Section 22 One minor glitch. At 19:07 Reader says “by consulting the legislative” text is “by constituting the legislative.”

PLed 10 and found it an image of perfection. What level of PL do you require here, as it is not noted in the project description?

Also, sorry libraryanne if I'm stepping on your toes - I tried to check the thread but found no mention of a DPL status and thus decided to pop in to help a bit.

You're not stepping on my toes at all. I'm still a novice at PLing I can't take on more than one or two projects at a time..and I'm a DPL elsewhere!
