Checking out this one too...

[Edit - query for other helpers, not for you, uthpastormatt - this is a big one, over 24 hrs: am I right that these huge zips often present problems?]

Correct. Large zip files often cause corrupted downloads. We've thought about splitting the zips into two, but I think there's still an issue with the way they appear on our catalog pages

We could go ahead and split up the zip files on Archive, and make a note on the catalog page that multiple smaller zips are available on the Internet Archvie page, without adding direct links on our catalog page.

Update: my download of the zip was fine.

EDIT: ...have done so. There are now zip files for chpaters 01-07b and 08a-16.
