Last!? Lordy, I need to get a move on. I have recorded at least another ten, but they're awaiting the edits ... and after that I got confused about my counting.

I know, I kind up snuck up on the inside there...
No rush, of course, but this is well worth getting into the catalogue.

And I hope to get back to proof-listening next week, if you can wait. If I'm lagging too much, kick me off (but I'll listen anyway later - you can't stop that!)
My mom's place has been partly burned by one of the Mendocino lightning fires, so I've been largely off-line this week. But everyone is personally unscathed, and the house itself is okay.

Puffin,
I'm so sorry to hear about you and your family being impacted by the fires in California! I'm very glad to hear all of your family is okay. Don't worry, the proof listening will be here when you can get back to it. You have more pressing things I'm sure that need to be taken care of.

Bloom where you’re planted!
Just checking in to say I've been sneaking in some lovely listens. Sonnet 51 is a favorite.
All is well with mom. She'll be 80 on Saturday!

I needed a David fix so I listened to poems 105, 103 and 107. They are all perfect as usual. Your voice is so calming David.

You're a blessing, Esther. Thank you!

And I just picked up a couple of Cori's new additions tonight. *sigh*
Ester, are we not among the lucky/blessed of PL beings?

I'm not 'officially' proofing so I started at the bottom. I may need David's calming effects again soon. I live with 3 teenagers! (Boys at that!)

Sweet readings, Cori.
Just one note on Sonnet 56. The date recorded may have wandered in from the sonnet above.

I never put in the dates recorded ... that must be the date it was written -- I'll double-check in the text. Thanks!
