designers? integrators? htmlers?

anyone kicking about with any skills or interest in doing some designing and/or html-ing? we have a few projects in need.

What do you mean by "designing"? Could that be a job for someone technically blond who loves to play around with a graphic progi?

My offer is still open to analyze logs or anything code or database related. Unfortunately I have no art skills and despise HTML.
