I happened to wander by this morning and saw the PL note for chapter 11: PL Note: missing * At the end of the book, say (in addition): "End of What Prohibition Has Done to America, by Fabian Franklin."
I've appended the sentence and uploaded the revision. The original file has been renamed. ID3 tags left blank.
