Oh wow, Encyclopedia Brown. I read all of those books, but I forgot about them.

Have you ever read Eleanor Cameron's Mushroom Planet books? They are great space adventures from the 1950s. Some of my favorites!

I like short poetry, too. Long poems get on my nerves and after the first page, I get cranky and don't want to read any more. Except for Shakespeare's plays. They are poetry, but don't seem like it.

I guess it'll be a while before Encyclopedia Brown is in the public domain. Maybe Henry can get his kids to read it some 70 years from now
