This is weird, I just double checked it and it's still showing that it's not in 128 kbs.

I just went in the uploader folder: https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/ and downloaded the most recent upload of track 16. Checker says it's OK.

I have no idea why we got different results.

Regardless, I'm going to start cataloging.
