I moved them down to the other part of the list already. It was Hole in the Wall and the Short Ghost & Horror Collection. :)

If you have a little clock icon in the upper right corner of the spreadsheet screen, close to your login name, you can open a panel that shows revision history. Step down that to see the changes that have been made.

Captain Bonneville isn't actually done yet. The reader found that she actually has 9 more chapters to read.

I'm noticing a few anomalies:

RSS feed reports that Shadow Forms and Rival of the Yosemite have catalogued, but the link brings me to an uncatalogued project: viewtopic.php?p=2384520#p2384520
viewtopic.php?p=2385122#p2385122

I wonder how this is happening?

It's because things got wonky after our little snafu. Hopefully they'll iron themselves out eventually.

There are cataloged projects whose covers aren't showing on the regular claims list. I think it might have been because of the backup restoration and lost data. I'll work on getting a list of those projects.

Other than that, I'm not updating the spreadsheet with new projects anymore. Please use the regular claims list. I will still try to update the regular claims list with the data from the spreadsheet.

On that note: Painted Fires shows as pre-claimed on the spreadsheet. I can't find a post for who preclaimed it (probably the soloist or something), so I've just stuck my name on it in the claims list to mark the project. Whoever is making that cover, please do so. :)

NOTE: There are a lot of cataloged projects that are not showing up on the regular claims list for some reason. I've updated this spreadsheet to show these projects:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HYnYa3XMGs1GTTLk29cp5OvOvn7Bntlma_uE6RBsrGg/edit?gid=0#gid=0

Underneath the cataloged projects are the ones people have claimed, but that are not yet completed.

Please still check the regular claims list for newly cataloged projects. That's the default list: http://librivox.nl/claim/

TO ALL COVER MAKERS:

Since Archive came back and we've started adding covers again, projects with an itemimage file are not showing the artwork correctly on Archive.
Example: https://archive.org/details/snf104_2411_librivox

We had talked before about how it was no longer used at Archive, but since it wasn't disturbing anything, we left it in the instructions. No harm, no foul.

Well, now it's disturbing something, so I've taken it OUT of the instructions on the CD Covers thread. In future, please leave that file out. (One less step!) 8-)

"Will you go back and remove it from thousands of projects, so they display the artwork correctly at Archive?" Well, right now we cannot; we're still not able to delete files from projects (or edit project descriptions, or delete mistakenly-added projects). When we're able to delete files, an admin MIGHT take some of their leisure time and remove the itemimage files, but it wouldn't be an official effort.

"What if I/someone else forgets and adds the itemimage to their upload?" Whoever adds covers (Anne, me, or an MC on a solo project who's comfortable with the process) will try not to actually upload the itemimage to the project, but we're human, so we might mess up. :) Someday we should be able to correct it by deleting it, but see the above Q&A.
