SOLO: BARNABY RUDGE, A TALE OF THE RIOTS OF 'EIGHTY, by Charles Dickens-ag
Why all this concern about a 20 year old murder?
I haven't a clue about the strangers. When is he going to get back to the secret underground meeting? It is taking too long.
Chapter 33 is now PL OK and chapter 34 has two repeats to be removed.
7:42 and 7:46 "You are a late visitor, " is repeated (my preference is to keep the second, much better emotion - it is however, completely your choice as to which version to keep.)
9:44 please delete "and with a disdainsful look" as it is corrected immediately following at 9:46 "and with a disdainful look"
Thanks,
M
Are the two missing young men going to be participants in these riots? They must reappear, otherwise why introduce them.
Chapter 34 is PL OK.
Chapter 35 has one repeat to excise from the recording.
8:56 please delete "go on therefore" as it is corrected immediately following "go on before..."
Thanks,
M

1) So, the plot threads begin to intertwine. Mrs. Varden, Miggs and Tappertit are in league with Lord George.
2) Marvelous, and sophisticated portrayals of our new acquaintances! Gordon is at once weak and strong. Gashford seems the typcial Uriah Heepish hypocritical villain, and yet he also seems a sincere adherent of Lord George's cause!

My name is Mark
I have my suspicions about Gashford. I am not sure he is truly loyal to Lord George.7A2c3Ml wrote: ↑November 7th, 2024, 11:36 am 36

Both sections 35 and 36 are PL OK.

Curious to see what mischief Hugh is up to.
This chapter needs to be exported as mono, not stereo, and then it should be PL OK.
Thanks,
M
In Audacity, I hope that is what you use but other products should have something similar, make sure that when you Export the file that "Channels" is set to "mono".
To create the file in "Mono" select "Preferences" under "Edit" and then under "Audio Settings" Select "1 Mono" in the pull down menu.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more information.
Thanks
