I think this is an issue with archive.org while they're doing their upgrades and not all features have come back yet.

Yep, we can confirm the issue.
Before the outage, Archive's servers didn't mind the "double slash" that we had in the first link you gave. My guess is they re-wrote something while doing their security review, and it's a little less forgiving of that kind of thing. So from our end, we've updated all the links that had this issue, and they should all be accepted by Archive now. No more syntax errors, no more 'missing path parameter' messages.
Unfortunately, Archive might be overloaded at the moment, or having some other trouble, as even correct links aren't working reliably today. We've done what we can, and now we wait.
