The technical settings for your test are all correct, so well done. There is however fluctuation in the volume. Possible causes could be overuse of software noise reduction, or possibly a noise gate. Some PC's have a noise-canceling feature that should be disabled.
Give your test a close listen, and see if you can detect the volume going up and down while you speak. Once you solve it, make a new test recording and post it in a reply to this message. I will come back and review it for you.
