It's Latin. Google Translate provides this translation:

Uncorrupted faith—and naked truth
When will anyone find a match?
Indeed, he killed many mourners

I'm probably not the best person to provide a recording, however, as I only have one year of university Latin many, many years ago. There are probably others who have a better grasp of Latin pronunciation on here.

This is from an ode by Horace. The translation given by Perseus has:

naked Truth! unsullied Faith!

P.S. Google Translate was tripped up because "occidit" can mean either "kills/killed" or "falls/fell", depending on whether the first "i" is pronounced long or short.
