Elsie Dinsmore, by Martha Finley (1828 - 1909)
This is the first book in the Elsie Dinsmore series that was written by Martha Finley. The books focus on the life of Elsie Dinsmore and her family. Elsie is a young child and has not seen her father for a long time. He comes back into her life and she tries her best to get him to love her. (Summary by Michele Eaton)
Advisory Content
Listeners are forewarned that some elements and characters included in this book portray certain ethnic groups in a very dated manner that modern readers, and listeners, may find offensive. Despite the racially stereotyped behaviour and pronunciation in the books, the belief is that it makes sense to read what’s written in order to be faithful to the author’s intent.

Please do not claim any roles until the MW is completed.

I will be the DPL on this project.

Hi Michele,
Back for more of Elsie, eh?
I'm sure you've got the character list, and I see you'll be PLing parts as they come in. Will you also be editing, and do you have someone in mind for narrator?
I went to check over the script, but it appears to need a Google account at the moment, instead of being open for public access.

Once those are covered, if you've got any MC-type questions before we set up your Magic Window, just let me/us know.

Yes I have the character list and the scripts are all ready to go. The link below is for the scripts.
I am going to give it a week or so for a narrator. If no one comes forward then I will narrate myself and will ask for a PL'er for those sections. I am editing.

Here is the link hope this works.

Yes, this link works!
I should have the time to verify things tomorrow, but I'll leave my initials off the thread in case someone else gets to it sooner.

With the editing spoken for, and narration covered (though it sounds like if someone else wants to, they'd be welcome), are you ready for your MW as soon as an MC can pick it up?

Alright - the Magic Window is in place! But to be on the safe side, claims had best wait until it's "completed", per Michele's note. When she's ready for claims, she'll say so.

I have now completed the MW. I overestimated the number of sections I would need. Please could you delete the spare ones for me thank you.
