S143-S146 are all PL OK!

This chapter took me down memory lane. I witnessed several SMBs failing or struggling to make ends meet, and so many empty offices, warehouses, stores. It then struck me that with falling tax collections, those government agencies who exist to provide assistance to struggling families also had to cut services back. It was a full vicious cycle. The statement, at the last section, that by 2010 several financial firms had recorded profits and increased bonuses to Executives should be cause of anger to many.
