I gave your 1 minute test a listen; your voice is clear, the volume is perfect and there is no background noise.
I see in your post that you have recorded using Zoom, which is not an editing software. Audacity for Mac might be a good option to try.
One technical glitch - while exporting the file, remember to select:
channel - mono
sample rate - 44100 Hz
bit rate - constant and
quality - 128 kbps

You may be asked to re submit the test after making the above changes. We can wait to hear back from the experts. If you are near your computer and are willing to submit the changes now, I can also review the test.
