The World's Famous Orations, Volume 8, by William Jennings Bryan (1860 - 1925) and Francis Whiting Halsey (1851 - 1919)
William Jennings Bryan compiled this collection speeches from many early orators of America. Volume 8 includes speeches from the years 1774 through 1837. (Summary by )
