Oops! We're a day late!

In July, LibriVox volunteers completed 93 projects (and 2 already in August), bringing us to 718 total projects for 2024.

One more stat to add to the list (with a hat-tip to annise for the suggestion, and ScottLawton for the directional inspiration):

If you listened to all the completed projects in our catalog without interruption, you'd be listening for approximately:
13 years, 201 days, 15 hours and 24 minutes! :shock:

No, I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this figure, but it seems properly impressive. :lol:

That's a very impressive amount! Leads me to believe that finding a good book is certainly worth it :D

And to update our hypothetical obsessive listener stat:
Someone could ostensibly listen to our entire catalog, at regular speed and uninterrupted, for 13 years, 259 days, 3 hours, 23 minutes, and 59 seconds. Approximately. :lol:
