The title page and contents don't need to be read. The first page is here. The printer has followed an odd scheme for page numbering usually the digits restart from 1 after the Roman numerals but not here.

Sorry - problem with my mic. Just recorded the beginning of a section, or so I thought: nothing is audible no matter what I do. Hopefully I'll find the problem soon and be able to rectify it.
