And all three are charmingly read and PL OK!

I found an inconsistency. In an earlier chapter, there was a discussion of Hildegarde's hazel or golden eyes, but in Chapter 5, she's described as having blue eyes. Something an editor should have caught when the book was first published, but I suppose it doesn't really detract from the charm of this book. (The curse of being a former editor, I think, is that I notice things like this.)

Hi, yes I had to double check in case my eyes were making things up! Strange, because there was so much made of the colour in previous chapter. Will be interesting to see if it's mentioned later on....Anne
