Thank you, thank you, thank you, Agnes, for your beautiful narration!

just one line missing at 7:04
"Mr. Bumble had a great idea of his oratorical powers and his importance. He had displayed the one, and vindicated the other. He relaxed."

Hi RR I have a suggestion for one of the open slots: Chapter 12 of The Lost Princess (AKA A Double Story)

I haven't started it yet.

Edit: I made the script while archive.org was offline.

If this is the book you mean:
https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/5676
...then chapter 12 should certainly be short enough to fit in a single section. :thumbs:

When you think you are ready, please read the instructions in the second post of this thread to be sure. Please do not skip the part about "What you should know". :wink:

Thank you for pointing out the directions! 👍 I still need to add in the blurb at the beginning for the narrator and then put it up on Google drive. Since I am narrating I will need a DPL.

It's not really necessary that someone should PL your own voice work before you edit it into the final file - someone will volunteer to PL that, so you can fix any errors then. :thumbs:

OK here we go. Let me know if I've forgotten anything

* A Double Story Chapter 12 by George MacDonald.
* Original Text: https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/5676
* Link to script: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EuCVbIR5F2gMSmLwnUPBmWbQH_HKdvwTMoBhM9Iik5A/edit
* Link to author on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_MacDonald
* Link to the title on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lost_Princess
* Original publication date: 1875
* Most of the roles are designated as female but I'm happy to have males process or disguise their voices.
* Characters: Narrator (Shelly)
Princess Rosamund (a spoiled petulant young girl)
Wise Woman (female)
Nurse (female small part)
Ally (a preschool aged child, small part)
Ally's mother (female, small part))
