Hi M,
Here's section 5. I won't spoil it by going into details but I really enjoyed this one.
All the best

Hi M,
Sorry about the gap. This is my first full length novel so I'm getting to grips with distinguishing between different characters. Section 7 has 15 separate speaking characters going through a family crisis. What you might call a steep learning curve .
Anyway, fingers crossed it's not irretrievably mangled.
All the best

You did a great job on this chapter. I would not have guessed that it was your first novel. I am loving listening to your reading. I am glad to see Valancy "explode" Her family sounds horrible.
I look forward to listening to these recordings. You are a really good reader and I feel like you are really bringing the story to life. I tend to get caught up in them while I am listening and loose all track of time and other things going on around me.
Hi M,
Next section is ready - Valancy meets Cissy Gay.
Thanks so much for your kind words, it's much appreciated. This book's been such an unexpected pleasure for me too.
All the best

To me, this book is one of those that make you want it to finish so you know what happens, while at the same time you don't want it to finish as you are enjoying the journey.
Hi M, I'm back. It's been a busy week for us here. My partner has been up for election to our local borough council so it's been all leaflets and door knocking and counting and nervous biting of nails. But its over, she got elected and the next section is finished (and the one after recorded).
So here we go, section 10.
All the best

Hi M,
Here's the next installment. I've a couple more recorded too, that I'll edit over the next couple of days.
All the best
