pass with a warning 50 times

I reviewed your test sample, and while it sounds good there are some technical changes needed. LibriVox requires audio that is 128kbps constant bit rate MP3, 44.1kHz sample rate, mono, and between 86dB and 92dB, preferably 89-90. Your test audio is 89kbps variable bit rate, and volume much too low at 65.8dB.
Make sure input gain slider in Audacity (upper right with the little mic icon) is well to the right. Then adjust the input gain on your mic so your raw recording has wave forms that peak at about the 0.5 marks in the Audacity window:
When exporting your MP3 from Audacity, go to File>Export Audio. In the pop-up menu select:
Format: MP3 Files
Channels: Mono.
Sample Rate: 44100
Bit Rate Mode: Constant.
Quality: 128kbps.
These selections will be saved for future exports.

With Checker open, go to Validation>Choose Validation Methods and check Background Noise. Be sure to leave 5 seconds blank at the end of your recording.

Hello, I was able to fix everything except for the volume. I tried 25 times. Checker keeps telling me pass with a warning. can you advise as to what I need to do?
Post a sample and tell me what you tried. Also, tell me what mic, interface (if any) and software you are using. Don’t worry, this can be solved.

I am at a lost! everything I have tried does not work. I have tried 2 different microphones, followed the instructions to no avail. I keep getting pass with a warning. I have been trying to do this almost 1 month. I am very frustrated. Can someone please help.

Are you using Audacity for your recording? If so, you can use the 'Loudness Normalization' effect (set to -19LUFS in 'perceived loudness' mode) in recent versions of Audacity before exporting the track as an MP3.

How about uploading your latest file and posting a link . Otherwise everyone is sort of guessing . It might help to say about your microphone and your software if you are not using Audacity - Checker does does its best to explain things but ears and eyes can help

What computer or other device you are recording on. including the OS (i.e., Mac, PC, other device, etc.)
What software you are using (i.e., Audacity or something else).
A sample of your last try and paste the link in your message.

Checker was written to help proof listeners check the files the are testing and is probably not the best thing for 1 minute tests.
The Failed you are getting is for the file name for projects - and can be ignored as can the time.
So at the moment your test file passes as a test file. You have a nice clear reading voice but there are a few things that could improve the quality - there is a lot of background noise but this might be because you are amplifying - the background noise amplifies too.
So I think you should start another version, watch the sound waves and try to keep them between the +.5 and -.5 and upload another one so that you can get up to date help with Audacity (I have not recorded for some time and do not have the latest versions.
