Welcome Patricia

The sound quality is good, there are some technical changes needed. LibriVox requires audio that is 128kbps constant bit rate MP3, 44.1kHz sample rate, mono, and between 86dB and 92dB, preferably 89-90. Your test audio is 137kbps variable bit rate. The volume is within range at 91.3dB, although that is on the high side.

I can't give you any specific direction since I don't have an Android, but you need to export the MP3 at 128kbps constant rate. If you can export your raw recording from your phone to a computer you could do the editing and processing on that with Audacity, which is what we recommend. You could also pre-check your audio with the free Checker app: https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/

Please make a new test recording and post it in a reply to this message. I will come back and review it for you.
