All your technical settings are correct, so well done. There are however audible plosive sounds on all the P's where your breath hits your mic.
Reposition your mic so that it is off-center about 45 degrees. Add a pop filter or foam wind screen if necessary.

Thanks for feedback. Is this better? I repositioned the microphone as suggested. I was already using a foam cover but could get a pop filter if necessary.
