Hi Phil and Lynnet,
I've marked this as PL Okay, but have a question: since section 26 was divided into two parts in the MW, this is section 27 in the text. Phil introduces it as section 28. Does that matter? Otherwise, this section is all set. Nice job, Phil!

Section 28 is correct, to allow for the previous chapter to be split over sections 26 and 27
