agreed! I am very interested in nutrition and chemistry and am simultaneously recording from "what to eat and when" and the two at once are so enthralling that I could barely care that we're having a second winter, lol

Yes - I thought I had until mid-May. I've had COVID and am still so congested you wouldn't want me recording much of anything at the moment. I'm hoping later this week I'll have most of my voice and nasal passages returned to me for normal use!
